Weíve got a winner. Still seemingly had the original 1989 volvo fpr age welded to the fuel hose. Sheís running smoothly now, new fpr, new hose, no stalling out.

Starting and running fine till warmed up.. then sputtering to death.

So 1989 244 will run just fine till it's heated up.. then after it's heated up for a little while, it sputters and dies unless i'm driving at freeway speeds. then i let it cool down for a bit...

6'4 here, i always feel my hair brushing the headliner. I could use a little less height on the seats. that said, i never have to use the sun visors so that's a bonus.

Temporarily reroute fuel return to unused tube

I deleted the inline pump and was replacing the in-tank pump (with a dw300) and the fuel return pipe broke off. I intend on replacing the whole plate and the fuel lines with a custom one in the next...
