The rear spring rate BC offers is pretty goofy and better matched to a front spring that's about twice as stiff. No wonder folks are suffering from bouncy rear suspension.

They're cheap coilovers....

I like this idea, but it doesn't seem like you save much money and I wouldn't run a piston with valve reliefs for some other unrelated valve configuration. Or do an overbore for non-cleaning it up...

I think they still sell 242GT front springs, which are some 40% stiffer than normal later 240 springs without losing travel. That plus no rear sway bar, bigger front sway bar, something like that...

Fixed this, put a big hole in another coolant hose, and decided to stop screwing around with ancient rubber. I had the expansion tank hose and heater valve hoses left to do, so I ordered those....

I had a similar problem with the FCP "OEM" breather box. Not sure it lasted three months, and it failed the same way. Pretty frustrating.
