1991 b230ft. Blew a head gasket 6 months ago and finally got it back together. It ran fine before but sat for a while. Now I can only get it to start and run if I manually operate the fuel relay....

The butt dyno told me that a big ole cone filter took away throttle response and made if feel less ballsy but added the cool CBV whoosh sound so I went back to the airbox and gigantic paper filter.

I just had the same problem, there was no vacuum reservoir installed. Yours could be leaking, it should be up front under the bumper behind the airdam.

The turbos had a higher pressure FPR because of the need for more fuel. If it's a turbo model with the stock turbo injectors (green tops) you want the 3 bar FPR.
