I did take the car back and they were unable to correct it. They stated the alignment was within specs and shouldn't be causing a problem....

I've seen plenty of those lifting tabs broken. You'll probably be OK, but be careful and keep an eye on them anyway.

Otherwise, make a pair of lifting straps out of flatbar and hold them in place...
