I'd be lying if I told you I didn't drag a car with chains to pull a panel out. My ex-father in-law show me on a tree once, got to love back yard fixes. Looks like you are off to a good start though....

It flew open. The shop said they could repair it, I have couple hoods just Incase it’s better to start with a straighter, different color hood, rather the. Fix a bent up one!

The paint on the passenger side has that degenerative degradation which has gotten worse over the 11 years I have owned the car no matter how much I waxed... cared for it!
