I think it depends on the 91 940SE front brake setup. Does it have 287mm rotor with dual piston caliper? Or 280mm rotor with single piston caliper?

So I looked it up. Shows that 15" Virgo only...

Does black smoke roll under boost? If yes, try lower fuel pressure. I'm running Bosch Gen III white composite body injectors on LH2.2 with 2.5 Bar FPR. With 3 Bar FPR it runs too rich.

If you forgot to connect the battery idiot light wire to the alternator most of idiot lights wont work. There are at least 4 of the idiot lights on my 88 765 connected to that circuit.

93 940 should be 280mm (11 in.). 287mm (11.3 in)...

93 940 should be 280mm (11 in.). 287mm (11.3 in) was last used on 1991 740 w/o ABS. The 2 rotors are not the same thickness.

The broken connector is part of the fuel pump....

The broken connector is part of the fuel pump. The hose going into the main fuel pump is the inlet. Fuel leaks in front of the fuel pump were probably migrating to the rear of the pump.

89-90 760 has no speed converter but has different tone ring count. At least on the front (96 tooth compared to 48). Not sure of the rear diff tone ring tooth count. Maybe use 89-90 speedo.
