It should be closed on AC and with the temp control at full cold. Makes a big difference on mine if it is stuck open during the summer, around 10-15* at the vents when cruising.

No need for an adjustable FPR.
Definitely want a bypass valve on there. I have had solid luck with a Forge 007 on mine, on the Holset and the Garrett on the car now.

Add me to the Holset runs fine on 2.4 crowd. Mine was a little laggy without having a proper tune but it did pretty well from 3k on up.

We actually had a Snap-on scanner in scope mode hooked up to the knock sensor feed to the EZK, so there was no significant delay or tweaking from the EZK before we saw it register on the scope.
