If they have tires on, get them dismounted, yank the old stems, pull the old weights and have them media blasted. Then you can go about repairing the surface as you see fit and paint/powder...

The 91-92 system does great. The condenser fan makes a big difference, upgrade to a Spal/Flex-A-Lite and benefit from the greater airflow and less amperage draw over the factory unit....
