Hydraulic all the things. 740 slave, Wilwood master, STS pedal, some -3 line, pair of adapters, M90 fork. I mean it's a fair bit more money but worth it on the cars that are likely to break ****.

Since you're looking at 5-spokes, Klutch SL5 with painted centers could look cool. Fifteen52 348s cool look great as well.

And yes, 1030 and 1031 gearsets don't interchange. Yes, you will destroy the 1030.

You will want to put the Truetrac in a 3.31 rear end, considering you want to use a Getrag. The 1030 gearset is not long for this world anyway.

As for the driveshaft, get an M47 one shortened....

Looks like OP is Swiss, so that would make sense. From what I can tell, it's very similar to a TUV certification process for modifications, and an engineer there has to approve them.
