Sight hijack - are OE vinyl covers out there anywhere? The foam is fine in my '92, but the seat bottoms are toast. I don't like the fabric covers.

Yep, and I had a case where the belts from Advance/Autozone/blah were actually a bit bigger, so they wouldn't tighten correctly. I ordered proper belts from Groton or IPD and was in business.

If you did wash the engine bay, make sure you didn't knock any lines/vacuum hoses loose. Check the brake booster, too. There's a plug on there that will cause no-start if it's gone.
