We have a machine that pushes into the master and then also pulls out from each bleeder. Meh, people don't empty it so I don't use it. However, it works very well.

Do these have a purge solenoid? I saw one on a 1989 740 and that was news to me.

It's the only thing I can think of that would be fuel level related that could possibly cause an issue.

I use a vac bleeder. Pass large amounts of fluid thru. Did you mess up and allow all the fluid drain out? I lightly clamp the hoses so **** like this doesn't happen from fluid loss.

I rode thru LA traffic in a 142 with incomplete exhaust and bad weatherstrips and almost died from poisoning. Well I was sick and irritated....

$1 test light connected to the starter solenoid...

$1 test light connected to the starter solenoid wire. Crank key. Light go on? Takes 30 seconds to track down if your starter is getting a signal or not.

Have you tested the wiring to the cam sensor yet? I imagine it's a a 5v reference, signal, and a ground. So I would expect to see 5v on one wire, a scope would show you a solid waveform on the signal...

You can check resistance of a crank sensor, but it prob won't tell you much. You know it's not totally open.

I would really analyze and inspect for a steady primary and secondary ignition pulse...

You could also do basic stuff like use a test light to the coil negative wire and see if it blinks steadily while cranking....

Blue is a crank sesnor waveform at idle. If your tone ring were bent or incorrect gap, you would see an irregular waveform.

Water in floor!? Probably fuse holder fretting. Clean the fuses and holders gently. Wire brush is too coarse. Some people say every cloth is the way to go. Dielectric grease can't hurt either.
