You can replace your ezk with a non egr ezk unit. Or get the daughter board and chip your ezk unit. that way you have better ignition timing management and eliminated the egr crap. Sbabbs can help...

You can use Wurth HHS spray grease. It works really well for getting into the latches. You can use the straw and spray it deep into the door latch so you don't even have to take the door panels off....

Put the new engine at tdc and use the flywheel missing tooth in the starter hole method to get the timing right. Don't need a locked up motor for reference that way.

Well there should be an accessory fuse or radio fuse in the stock Volvo fuse box that can handle those items. If you look under the fuse box there should be regular spade terminals you can connect to.

Lots of rwd wheels will fit your car. I would recommend just finding some rwd 15" alloys and use some summer tires on them and put winter tires on the coronas for this winter. 195-70-14 works well.
