17"x7.5" wheels will fit a 240 perfectly at a 20mm offset. No rubbing no issues at all.

However you could push them out more if you're about that fitment game.

Yeah, all the bearings, races, seals, ring and pinion and diff are for a 1031. Plus it's the stronger axle. Might as well.

I now need to find a 1031.

You also haven't mentioned if you have adjustable torque rods either, if you slammed this car without fixing the pinion angle, you might be mistaking some of the wheel hop with driveline noise.

The last cam change I did with the IPD shim kit was about 2.5 hours if I had to guess. That was with a timing belt swap.

*Edit, all the covers and **** were already off.
