If so, just find your favorite brand that supports 5 cylinders. Not all of them do support 5 cylinders or they don't show it.

I have the nut turned all the way tight, yet I can wiggle the fuel pump assembly a little bit (1/4" radially)

With one setup you are stuck with unknown spring values and no adjustment, the more $ allows you to pick the spring rates and fine tune the ride height. Both setups work.
