Had this problem with a 93 940. Ended up...

Had this problem with a 93 940. Ended up re-soldering the cluster which fixed it. This was also causing the AC Compressor to not turn on.

I put a 95 940 Comp on a 1993 240 and had to use the older 92- size belts.
