Have you tried draining the intercooler? Old turbos blow a little oil past the seals and it winds up in the bottom of the intercooler. Look on the bottom of the intercooler for the plastic plug.

Replaced the Fuel Pump Relay and sanded clean the fuses. No power confirmed by disconnecting the wires from the main pump and testing with test light while the car was idling on the in -tank pump.
