Engine is probably stalling when no NB yes.
From our experience the NB simulation is not working that great. It's better to have proper NB sond.

M4.4 is almost equal to standalone management...

M4.4 is almost equal to standalone management actually we can almost do anything with it, even run it on wideband control, mapswitching during driving, it even does launch control and cops on 5 cyl....

The output used for TCV is used for 6th injector...

The output used for TCV is used for 6th injector so you'll have to figure antoher way to control boost, not that the load control is working that great anyway.

Just found this topic now, I'm very much into this! Stock S90 maf is big enough for 18T ish turbo on 5 banger.

Bmw mafs flow much more indeed. On m4.4 wikia you could find a maf table converter.
