I swapped an AW71L from a 94 on to my B21A with no issues. The lockup function is HORRIBLE unless you've got a 4.10 rear end, but if you don't actually drive your car for fun, it might be tolerable....

Your car will run fine without the O2 in the exhaust stream, if it's just for a short trip to the exhaust shop. The O2 is only for closed loop idle and cruise fueling. WOT it ignores the O2 data.

I've got a bunch of pass side mounts ready to go (no offset stud), so this makes it easier. I'll cut some aluminum spacers and drill/tap them tomorrow :).
