The damn low. I see 190-204º on a regular basis. I've seen up to 216º on really hot days with ac blasting. I know these engines see 210º on regular basis in the work trucks on the tv shows.

This I completely agree on. I just have a hard time seeing 1/8" or of aluminum or steel. I cant tell what reinforcement plate is made of to actually help stiffen up the calipers but thats just me.
