Umm didn't try brakeleen, but I surely did try starting fluid and at the time I didnt get as much as a sputter, but was getting spark, albeit it seemed weak at the plugs.

I recommend the A cam too, they are more common than the K, and with an adjustable gear they can be good for low end or top end, and the difference over stock is noticeable.
