Steam clean isn't enough on older whiteblocks. They usually get chalky corrosion on them. A good glass bead blast is all it'll need to look brand new.

I've been fiddling around with the fuel map and it looks like I gained 1k RPM in spool right off the bat. Haven't touched the boost control yet. ~3k rpm now.
