Can the EMS 4 handle a 60-2 trigger? I've known a few people who couldn't get them to run because of that on a BMW. Even with the resistor across VR+ and VR-, the voltage was peaking too high.

I almost always jack up the rear of the car. The nose-up MC orientation makes it really easy to get bubbles trapped.
Give the rear brake valves many many taps, and that's the best you can do.

IIRC, It would be hard to leave a sharp edge there from the OD corner of a endmill (unless the diameter was too small). The spring seat isn't in a hole/pocket, it's kind of on top of a hill.
