The rear uses an electrical park brake. You need to wind the motor in. There are 3 T30's. Undo them, pull off the motor. Unwind.

Undo the torque converter. Loctite is never permanent.

No the 16V chamber is wider. Find that picture, you'll see what is being said. You'll have a ledge between the block and the head, regardless of what gasket is used.
