that doesn't tell me what you actually wired up to the ignition module to drive the coil. if you don't have an onboard module and you've wired up straight to the coil you've probably blown something...

it's probably not a whole lot smaller. the 60e is likely a bit longer, but a lot of the internal junk is similar/same. At least you don't have a removable sfi bell housing, those things are miserable...
