not really.. it doesn't cost cubic dollars to get 500hp out of one, you're basically talking springs, cam, and like a TBSS intake. If you're hung up on 500whp, you add a little squeeze for effect.

you should be measuring resistance across the injector wiring harness, not to ground.. i.e the pin on the micro to the power lead at the resistor box (if that's how you wired them)

yeah the clip should be in tight enough to hold it still, but I suppose over time if the engine is twisting against it, it can start to move. there is a dowel pin in there that's been ground down...
