You'll want a 3" dp for a 16g. Just make sure it's a T3 flange oriented in the correct direction. You'll have to machine the manifold flat too. Then fab an oil drain hose and adapt the oil inlet.

I did switch my coil to one from a 94 passat with a built in ignitor, it takes the spark output directly from the microsquirt but I did have to have a custom coil wire made by kingsborne for vw one...

There's also no provision for a power steering pump on the eco boosts, they are all electric power steering. I'm guessing that saves a little too.
