If that doesnt work maybe try a stabilzer bar from the front like older ford style set ups. But thats a lot of work to redo that whole area.

I run the overloads on a wagon and they work...

1200 rpm is the point where it wont do a smog test. As long as its below that its ok unless your smog guy is picky, IIRC.

Retard timing as much as you can within the limits. Plug vac adv line to dizzy. It adds way to much timing. Should drop it by 300 points ish. Check for vac leaks also. Egr car?

If pinch weld rocker area use a 6" 2x4 to displace the load so it wont bend the pinch weld area. It may push into the wood but thats ok. Otherwise its the diff. Or the hinge pin of the stock jack...

You can figure out the pressures based on spring...

You can figure out the pressures based on spring height as long as you know the spring rate. Start with installed height and measure your lift and then use the spring rate to get open pressure.
