Negative. Those are Motronic 4.3 ECU (94-97). Putting a socket on them is a quick and easy way to turn a stock turbo T5 calibration to a R calibration (or any modified calibration).

The 16T wheel is 1 or 2 mm taller than the 15G wheel, that's it. I wouldn't upgrade from 15G to 16T, money better spent somewhere else.

Other wise, you need a TD04HL-15G conical turbine housing or get a custom downpipe. 13C will not work.

113 litre per hour is the 850R pump + main pump flows at 3 bar fuel pressure at the rail, at 11.5 ish voltage.
