What I have found, are wheel bearings that have walked out slightly. Just a bit of walking causes all sorts of alignment issues. Struts are cheap.

The rear uses an electrical park brake. You need to wind the motor in. There are 3 T30's. Undo them, pull off the motor. Unwind.
