I have not pressurized the system to check for boost leaks. i did a fairly in depth visual inspection while I was out there earlier with a propane tank seeing if i could alter the idle but, no go....

I keep finding 19-20-21 and 25 MM sway bar bushings, but not a single 23mm. If I thought I could mangle a 21mm on there id do it, but i don't think that's an option.

I'm not the best source, but if it were my car I'd start with double checking my wiring on either end of the resistor pack, if you cut it out and put it back in there's a chance you crossed wires...
