Meh, I've probably changed close to a hundred diffs in 240's and I've only had to have 2 re-shimmed. Most of the time you can get away with just swapping carriers.

G80's are cheap, but I hate the way they feel and they are very inconsistent. Better than open I suppose, but I'd rather have welded if I was broke or True Trac if budget allowed.
