I think Cameron +T'ed a NA kjet car, but it's fairly rare to do so. You'd probably be better served picking up a turbo kjet setup from someone who's going full EFI, or just going full EFI yourself.

The keyway indexes the timing belt to the crank. If it slips, your timing goes off and then your car will fail to start. It also makes it REALLY hard to replace the timing belt and get things 'right'...

That'll work fine, 225's might bulge a little more at the bead than some of us may like but they'll fit no problem. I've got 225/45's on Thor (17x7.5 et49) on 25mm front 32mm rear, they fit great.
