New question to an old thread. Is overlap the same as duration? I ask because the KG002 cam has 300° duration and the KG004 cam has 270°. I think so because KG says "high torque" for the 004 cam...

I think I read something about struts for a VW Vanagon being used on a lifted 240. Perhaps they are longer than 240 struts. I don't really know. Could that work for this guy?

My automatic with .040" off the head and a KG Trimning K004 gets about 22 mpg with approximately 80% highway and 20% backroad. Pretty darn close to the number shown in your link.

I used that as well last year. Still sticking to the trim well but I spray it with the hose very gently while cleaning just in case. The biggest PITA was taping everything off.
