E mail Daniel at Daniel Stern Lighting and ask him, pretty sharp guy. I used His Osram 70/65w H4 bulbs in my E codes and they work great. Ask Daniel, he is very helpful.

Here is what i found changing mine with OEM Volvo:

They are TRW parts with Volvo casting/stamps. I would assume you can pull the part numbers off the Volvo parts and get the same thing unbranded...
