It's thick enough I doubt it'll go anywhere. The throttle cable deal I'll look into but it's not a huge concern if mine. I think a lokar universal cable will work really well.

I just wanted to bump this since it has come to a resolution. In short, a new O2 sensor fixed it. I was finally able to get the other one to actually display a bad value to me after a long idle.
