I'd try running an equivalent sized T25 Garrett turbine housing and go from there. The ATP one in there isn't doing that turbo any favors, sadly.

I welded some stock brackets on. Better solution would be to weld some U bolts to the arm and a bracket to a removable piece of bar, as the end links want to be right on top of the ball joint.

Also check your water pump, alternator, AC clutch, and PS bearings and belts. Something else is dying on top of the loose valve...

Very likely. It's kind of a regular maintenance item. You might want to find a copy of your owner's manual and check up on everything that may have been neglected over the lifespan of the car.

The 10" spring will always have a little bit of preload if the car is not absolutely dumped. You will likely want it as high as it will want to go as well, for what it's worth.

It's easy. Get a cheap transducer off ebay and put it on the 1/8"-27 port on any aftermarket FPR. The failsafe is only available for MS3 firmware as far as I'm aware.

Big misconception: they are not tuned mass dampers or balancers. Just a heavy 2-piece pulley with a rubber bushing in the middle to absorb vibration; not really anything tuned to cancel out harmonics.
