I took the crush sleeve and dropped it on a spare...

I took the crush sleeve and dropped it on a spare pinion, then beat it with a BFH until it was .030” longer, then crushed it again until in-lb drag was in spec. Golden- sent it.

Yeah- my radiator is NOS. I tried the dual Spal fans, but had a clearance issue. I might try a 16” slim brushless fan if I can’t find a MkVIII.

Pull the fuel injector relay, then jump power to the output. If it starts and runs, the ecu has failed to provide a ground, a common failure. Replace it.
