Friend of mine just made 283whp/218wtq on an NA Honda K24 block with a K20 head... All motor with just upgraded pistons, rods and cams.

Why didn't you go for a 16V head?

This wouldn't be the first cometic not sealing properly. I've seen coolant in oil 3 or 4 times on different builds with these gaskets. A little bit of Right Stuff on the gasket around the coolant...

Haven't measured it yet... I left the pressure plate and flywheel to Bully Clutch for them to make the disk so I guess that they did their homework?

I'll measure the disk and will report back.

Squirters AND a 16V head isn't good for oil pressure. When your break in is done I'd try some 15w40 or 20w50 grade oil if the outside temperature isn't too cold where you live.

Let the fun begin... S14 subframe and diff. Track width is 59.5 inches for the Volvo, 60.5 inches for the S14 so half an inch wider on each side.
