Oops I used the wrong dimension, it's .113" , regardless it's an order of magnitude thicker. Might as well use butterfly wing bushings with snake skin reinforcements if you're using emt.

It looks like I'm gaining around 10°F under boost with my smallish eBay intercooler, should I consider upsizing? I think it's 23"x4"x8" I think good for 400hp according ad copy.

It would be difficult to duplicate that torque push you get from a turbo with an n/a engine, my Toyota makes 180hp but only 136ft/lbs of torque over 8250rpms with a 4.56 final drive and 6spd manual....
