I hate it too. It was such a pain in the balls. Did it on my 98 s70. I would buy one piece and the next piece along would leak. What a horrid design!

99% sure I already know that I need to replace the starter. Car took a couple seconds to engage the starter heading out to work this morning. Same thing again on the way home. Stopped for gas....
