EDIT; It has more filter medium inverse cone in the end too.

My experience was 205s possibly increased the grip over 195's, but sidewall play from the poor fit made the car enough less responsive it wasn't worth it.
I don't think either rubbed.

Plenty of Ford in that range that are fine. I had to look awhile, but my $1300 12 valve pulls great and nothing on it is really expensive. It also gets 4-5 mpg over the less powerful though...

Regardless of towing capacity, don't forget to subtract 10% of the towed weight from the vehicles hauling capacity for tongue weight.

Raising the idle when doing the line crack check helps lessen the idle...
