My vote at this point is the knucklehead forgot...

My vote at this point is the knucklehead forgot to put the seal ring in the wastegate. Or youíre blowing the WG open with such a wussy spring in it.

BMW calls it “Twin Power Turbo” becuase of the twin scroll.

It’s just a single turbo 4 cylinder engine. Nothing fancy.

E85 in any quantity or mixture will not fix this problem. E85 only reduces HC readings, not NOx readings.
