Nothing to do with a B20. Those extra studs are for attaching a windage tray (should Ishihara-Johnson ever get around to making one for the Redblock).
Yep, that's what it was. The scraper is a little overkill in my opinion, but EXCELLENT craftsmanship.
Not running. waiting on a few parts.
