740 turbo cams

i am looking to upgrade my cam on my 86 740 turbo from the stock t cam to the a cam from a euro 740 from the b230et engine. has anyone here ever done the swap? ,is it worth it and is the power difference noticeable

No, according to this, the euro motor would have the "A" cam.

Op, I had a B cam in my +t motor (b is similar to a), and it pulled pretty hard compared to the stock cam. You may lose some low end though.

My friend had a 740ti with a B230ET engine, with the waste gate actuator preload as tight as possible and a chip from Sweden.

My Nissan Laurel never had as much acceleration as when it was towed home on my friends 740 when the nissan's engine broke down
