5/10/2011 new dyno run. 523RWHP Whoop!
Here it is as promised! :) A condensed version of the original thread with more pictures, video, and a complete spec list.
For those of you that don't know I have worked with RSI over the last few years building what has grown from a mild stab to make the 300+ club to what is now the most amazing car I've ever owned. It started out as a daily driver, and now it's art in motion... Fast, blurry, tire smoke of doom, motion.
This wagon is the culmination of effort of so many talented and loving people I feel blessed to have it.

It made 450whp on a mu jnstang dyno with a completely stock intake manifold and TB. I'm shooting for 500whp after the new intake mani and a larger cam. Wishculmination

Every picture needs narration, but this would be the never ending thread if I did. So, I leave it to you. lol.

What sucks is that none of these pictures really convey the abundance of overnighters, bloody knuckles, hand wringing, face palming, engineering, community, beer, love, and soooooo much more that it took to make this car a reality. There are many of you that have seen this project transform in person. Speak up. You deserve to be known!
It goes without saying that the RSI crew is the driving force behind this project. I can't say enough wonderful things about them and their company. Jonathan, Mitch, Eric, Ryan, and Pat all have some serious time and love in this car. I love you all. Thank you for all you've done.

Here is a little background for anyone seeing this for the first time. 
She has survived a family of 5, two teenage drivers, 2 dogs, several cross country trips, and being hammered to and from Snoqualmie Pass for 2 years. In the beginning I dubbed her "Project Volvo", but on here that goes without saying. I planed on running vanity plates reading 11swagn because my target et was 11.9. Years later I am on a completely different playing field.
It was purchased new in 1985 by family friends, and it was gifted to me in April of 2003.(I got the year wrong in my IPD interview. DOH!)

Love it. Beautiful in person and in pictures. Glad to see the condensed down thread. Didn't realize how much thought and prep went into other parts of the car. What paint was used for the calipers and sway bar?

This car is the ****.net !!! :omg:

Awesome ! Even the colors match perfectly and i do rly love what you did to the hood ;) upside down hehe

/edit

I just made a name up for this.. i will assign the copyright to you for a sixpack :D

BMW calls bumps in the hood "Powerdome" You should give this the name: "Powerdale" ;)
