You started out ok on the downpipe, but the rest...
You shouldn't just cut the pipe on a miter like that. Cut perpendicular to the bends.
I'd be tempted to re-do the overaxle section personally, that ain't gonna flow well...
Dude! In an ideal world you are right. Mandrel bends are the best and wish that I had more on hand. I started off intending to do an under the axle and had 6 3" 90's. That S bend before the cat that tucks the exhaust up 3" cost me a 90 and over the axle an additional 2 leaving me 3 short. Its not like I could run to AZ and pick up some 16 gauge 304 SS 90 bends so I improvised with what I had. The 90 I made with 3 V sections has an effective diameter 27/8". (I just mic'd it) So in all I have approximately 8" of pipe with a reduced of diameter of 27/8". I would have a hard time believing that is going to effect flow very much. I'm replacing a 2" crushed bent exhaust with this. Maybe some day I'll clean it up a bit with mandrel bends but for know I'm perfectly satisfied. Yes under axle will flow best but I can say that I like the way over the axle tucks up neat and I'm glad I did it that way. Its my resonator that pointed me up. The over the axle pipe isn't completed and I have already removed the sharp vsection on the end. I'm not a professional exhaust fabricator and this is my first one.
