First performance mod for my Volvo 940 turbo

I have just bought a completely stock Volvo 940 2,3 LPT from 1995, and i don't know what the first performance mod should be, any suggestions? Not for more than 150$

I've got a 2.5" BSR muffler + KN filter, both only ran 1 month. 600DKK and it's your (im in Vejle, Denmark) send PB if interested :)
