that's not exactly scientific, but oookk... make sure it's not sticking open, then make sure it's not set up too loose.

LOL its scientific to me! This is new brah new new brah. I hate getting baffled by every little problem.. Guess that's how you learn.. give me a jeep or a plate of bbq and I can yltell you all about it lol
 
make sure you set the preload on your waste gate actuator correctly. if its too loose you get no boost. (that rhymes.)
 
+1, check the preload. It should be adjusted so that you have to pull the actuator rod 1/2 the diameter of the pin to get it to slide onto the pin.

Forgot to weld it up all the way. Tacked it and meant to take it back off and back to work so I could get the right length. Whoopsie daisy
