I still feel bad the last one did not work out, and I was going to reschedule but the BBQ this past Sunday [which was pretty fun I might add!] was already planned.

So how would October 23rd work for everyone? Thats the Saturday before the autocross on the 24th.

Figure maybe meet up somewhere more north, go for a drive in the mountains or along the coast southbound to Santa Cruz, and cap off the evening with a BBQ at my shop.

Thoughts?

Hmm, might have to see how the books are doing by then. If I can get the fueling issue resolved on the wagon, might be fun to see how it does with the suspension, brake, and power stuff addressed since the last autox....

in for round 2

Oh man, thats really tempting. Spending my birthday weekend in one of my favorite parts of the world hanging with brick friends and auto crossing might be too much to resist. Especially if I can get my new suspension on in time.

test
EDIT: Win!

This would be cool. Really cool if you could autocross with us on Sunday.

i'm shooting a wedding, can't make it.

I'm at a wedding the following weekend.

I think this is a win.

Update on this -

Even with my lack of seat time in the Camaro, I am planning on entering a $1000 to win Hobby Stock shootout race at Ocean Speedway in Watsonville that weekend. Heat races are on Friday night [22nd], B and A main events will take place on Saturday night. Dwarf cars will also be racing too.

So would anyone have a problem with getting the drive started early on Saturday and having the BBQ around lunchtime? If anyone wants to come to the track, it's $14 to get into the grandstands. It's $45 IIRC to come into the pits without a track membership.
