With megasquirt,,,, effort in usually correlates to how well the car drives if you know what you are doing. Its not that difficult, you just need to be patient, datalog, and be willing to dial in all the small stuff.
tuning MS is far easier then tuner pro and ostrich
Other than the random disconnects, yes. Yes it is. Serial to USB adapter cable gets a ton of noise...
I'm not too big of a fan of autotune, it must be said...
